Frequently Asked Questions
What are your rates?
Our rates are $110-$150 per session, depending on the clinician you choose. You have the flexibility to select a price that feels affordable within the specific range mentioned on each clinician's information page, which can be found under the "Therapists + Specialties" tab. We value your financial well-being and understand that price is an important consideration. If you require a lower cost, we encourage you to inquire about our sliding scale options.
Are you offering in-person services?
Yes! We have availability for in-person sessions at our office located at 209 E Plum St. Fort Collins, CO 80524. To find out which therapists offer in-person sessions, you can visit the "Therapists + Specialties" tab and explore their profiles. There, you'll also find detailed information about their backgrounds and specialties.
How do I get started?
Get started by heading over to our "Schedule Appointment" tab, where you can reach out to us. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation with a staff therapist, who will help match you with a therapist to best fit your needs and secure a spot for your first therapy session, whether online or in-person. We genuinely look forward to joining you on this journey and providing the support you need.
Do you take insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. We are happy to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company upon request. You can get a free estimate of what your insurance may reimburse through this website. Please note that we cannot guarantee your insurance company will accept a Superbill as each company and plan has different benefits for Out-of-Network providers.
What is online therapy like?
Teletherapy allows you to connect with a therapist over a video call while being in the safety of your own space. Teletherapy can be an option that provides more flexibility, more time with family, less drive time, less child care expenses, and less time off work. It is a unique platform where true connection is still possible.
*Sliding Scale: variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay.
